Innovate Award Form

I understand from an earlier forum post that, at least as of a few weeks ago, there is no Innovate Award Submission Form on the Global Robotics and Science Foundation Website. I can’t check the site now because it’s blocked on my school laptop (woe betide me), so could someone please tell me:

  • If there is now an Innovate Award submission form on the website?
  • If not, should I use the old RECF Innovate Form for my notebook?

In the GRSF library there is no innovate form but the innovate award criteria does not require one.

There might be another way to declare an innovation. I am still awaiting the judge advisor training to be released. From emails to them, somethings may change and get some clarification.

I have similar questions regarding the Student Centered Policy and Code of Conduct. These are mentioned in the Judging materials, but apparently Global Robotics & Science Foundation has not released them yet?

I have always directed registrants to my event to read over these, but without links to an official document, it seems, well, pointless.

These were FOUNDATIONAL to my understanding of student and parent roles in VEX/V5RC, and to have them omitted seems worse than a mere oversight.

It may be one those things that the teams might just want to take the second page and say Here is what we think is Innovative, why and where it can be located. With time constraints and all if you do not call it out, it is possible it will be missed.
