Since day one we have been having issues charging the IQ Gen 2 battery pack. I played with it enough to get it to fully charge one time. Now it is dead and I cannot get it to charge at all.
We are an Android house, so we have plenty of USB-C cables and chargers to try. Obviously I tried the included cable. The same setup that charges the controller will not charge the battery pack.
Any other people seeing this issue? Or know of anything we can try?
If you haven’t already done so, please contact VEX Support, they will exchange the battery for you and give instructions on how to return it so we can determine why it failed.
