I would recommend reading <R24>, specifically section d in the Override game manual.

I understand the rule about that plastic. But, does the plastic welding rule still apply to that or not?

How is plastic welding done? With Heat?
You should have your answer to your question then.

Look it up online. Usually it’s with heat. Other times it burns through it. All it is a soldering iron. (I hope I spelled that right)
