Is playing a song using the music notes legal during an IQ competition?
It might violate <G3>, but I’m not sure. <R3> might also come into play, depending on whether it’s considered a decoration.
I dont see why it would be illegal. It is not prohibited bye the game manual.
That would be soooooo awesome! Playing Fortnight Battle pass 24/7 during the competition! Innovate award winning idea FOR SURE
It is not prohibited, so it is legal. I assume you mean using vexcode’s note blocks to make the brain play a song.
That’s Correct, we’re limited to the few notes we have but we’re working on a couple of options
You think this could be done in a v5 competition?
If you get it working please post the code here my team would love that.
I could make a song if you want me too. Like a legitimate song
That would be great, we were trying to do the Super Mario song and the Mission impossible song but we struggled with the limited notes.
im pretty sure you can upload songs to the brain, but it plays really soft. An alternative idea which my team is doing is playing music through a speaker or laptop. Also, can you rate this playlist out of 10 or give song suggestions please.
I would say one way to garuntee its legality is to make it functional to the robot. In slapshot I used brain tones for the readings that some distance sensors read down into my magazines for auton so if it was jammed I could tell and immediateley reset instead of wasting time.
I will do my best because I do not have an IQ brain to test. BUT, I have been playing piano for 4 years, s I’ll see what I can do.

I would like you to record it running, and send it to me if something sounds weird or having issues.
I would like to try this with controller v5 vibrations. Most of the floors are hardwood, so if you ran the program it would vibrate the floor.
Here it is, it doesn’t sound like Super Mario

Agreed, I’v always wished more people properly used the speakers for functions such as that. Last year I remember using it to know when the intake jammed for my anti jam code.
