Is there any limit to how may pins you can stack? Because will it still count if I stack more than 3 pins or beams etc.
The highest color bonus you can get is 3 different colors for 15 bonus points, but there is no limit to the amount of pins you can stack.

There isn’t a limit, but why would you want to stack more than three?
Though there is no limit, it would be hard to build a bot that extends high enough to add a lot more than 3 pins onto a stack. The size limits would make it difficult. Plus, after 3, all you get is 1 point per pin.
Although it is true that there are no more color bonuses after 3 different-colored pins (thus getting only one point per added pin), it is possible to build a robot that can score 3+ pin stacks, by implementing mechanisms such as cascade or DR4B lifts. This is because there is no vertical limit in this year’s game after the match starts, so you only have to be in the vertical size limit at the beginning of each match. In theory, a lift such as the one on 180 mechs (not the four bar, but the claw one) could work, too, if tuned well enough. However, like @5020_Offical stated,
