Is this strategy good?

My team’s robot is a modified version of the Linq build. It can score in all of the goals, but is better at the lower goals. A strategy I was thinking of was that our robot would quickly score in the lower 2 goals, and then get into a rhythm of touch-touch-score[1] with the other team, scoring 9 points per ball. Is this a good strategy, or should we change it?

  1. One robot touches the ball, then the other, then one of the robots scores the ball ↩︎

That sounds like a good strategy. Just curious, how can your robot score in the high goal?

We extended the arm.

Does that not expand beyond height?

If the extended arm can score the high goal, it is almost certainly above the height limit of 15 inches, or 38 centimeters.

Oh, I didn’t think about that.
