so for this years game, we are using pneumatic scissor lift but unfortunately it isn’t strong enough to lift our intake, does anybody have any ideas on how we could make it stronger or more stable?
our intake is a modified flop intake.
No amount of Vex IQ pneumatics will be strong enough to lift a scissor lift. I would recommend using a motor with a torque ratio instead, or just scrapping the scissor lift idea. (They are hard to build effectively. try using a 4 bar, 6 bar, or 2 bar).
