Hi all, quick question which (per the game manual) seems to be answered in the affirmative, but I want to check with people here and on the official Q&A (I posted one there). The whgole reason I am asking is that in our competition starter kits that we just god a few weeks ago, there don’t seem to be plates included (and no I didn’t notice as we were to busy building the robot) and I am not sure I can get official ones from VEX in a day or two.
hmmm… I’ve seen teams win with 3d printed plates that stand out from the standard plate. Should be good, i think. Use the search bar next time, however. Youtube and google exist!

The license plates should have been included in the “welcome kit” which you got sent when you paid for team registration. Did you get that?
(other items in the welcome kit: a blank engineering notebook, a single ring, and a vex IQ “Sammy”)

if i could have found the answer that way I’d have done that. Our team is new to this, as am I, and many things that might be obvious to you are not. I did use the search bar, I did see some answers – but I wanted to check and be absolutely dead sure.
As a matter of fact I found them! They were buried in the bottom of the box. lol.

oh okay. sorry lol. tbh, if those teams have a blatantly obvious 3d printed plate, then it should be good to go
