My team can’t find any instructions to make a rapid relay flywheel robot.
Look on youtube or the forums for ideas for a flywheel design, there isn’t a thing as instructions for a flywheel robot, you have to design one yourself… that’s the main point of VEX.

fair enough but just want to know if there are any tips that I should know because anything could help
Reduce friction as much as possible
Angle it so it goes into the goals
Have a led sensor letting you know when the flywheel can shoot the ball

I would just say try to make it very smooth (almost no friction). Our team had to try a bunch of times before we got it reliable.

I don’t do IQ, but I recommend having good wiring control.
