Hey, does anyone know if this would be legal according to the vex game manual?
its definitley legal. the bigger question is is the complexity of implimenting a mech like this evn worth it. i had brain stormed and prototyped some similar mechs over the summer and came to the conclusion that the complexity of the mech to put the ring or tube on then super precicles like the rings up and pull them off wouldent work. so i swithcted to a tube that would go all the way to the bottom and pull all the rings up at once but this would require alot of force from a lift which would meani i would have to have a super stiff lift with really havy duty joints to prevent deforming of the arm when liftgin the rings of. so in the end i just decided that a change in stragey in a match were you manage to take an opponetns goal is much more effectve. descoring their rings is the same as sticking a goal full of rings in the negative with the added bonus that now they cant use those rings for wall stakes.

Well, the question is does that ring detach from your robot?
Rule < G6 > may be relevant to this idea
It’ll be difficult to keep the tread on the mobile goal without disconnecting it from the robot, but it’s a great idea!
