I have some old equipment that I am trying to reset and reuse. I do not know much about the programming but am certain that I need the proper firmware needed to operate the original VEX Clawbot. 2 of my 6 VEXnet Cortex Microcontrollers are not functioning properly with the corresponding remote controls. I don’t know if someone else programmed them differently or not. It has been over 10 years since I used the equipment and do not have a budget to work with updating to new equipment. I just want to run the classroom competitions (Swept Away) with the equipment I have.
The EDR system is no longer supported by VEX and the downloads pager for the firmware is no longer available. Is the any way I can get the firmware and/or possibly clone one of my working systems to one of the non working cortex? Otherwise I have two dead Cortex Microcontrollers that are paperweights.
perhaps install default drive code from RobotC (if it still runs in latest windows)
