I was thinking strategy for Override and this is the best ones I could think of:
5-6 tall stack of yellows with toggle on your color,
save a yellow for the endgame to put on the middle goal,
If you have any suggestions type them here

I think I good stat is to keep stacking yellow blue/ red blue on the goals then claiming that quadrant of the field and just defending the quadrant
my thought is since there’s no descoring, have an auton that scores 7ish pins then focus on one quadrant of the field, scoring as many pins as possible, then defending that toggle to the last second but it all depends on what your bot and your alliance partners bot is capable of
do you mean claiming on your alliance specific goal?
correct me if I’m wrong but I think its only for the normal goals
I think that my team is going to be pushing to place pins of our alliance color on the middle goal until our stack is above 18’’ high so that the final king of the hill match will never go in the enemy’s favor.
remember that both of your team’s bot has to be parked in the box in the middle.
you don’t need two robots completely inside as long as part of your robot is touching the middle its counts; also, you only need the majority of your robots, so if you have one robot inside and the zone other team has none, you claim the middle goal and get the bonus
Technically there is descoring on your own alliance goal(and not the opposite ones), but unless someone’s trying to manipulate rankings no one would ever do that
Would it really be that efficient to go for KOTH? if the opponent runs yellows it might be more efficient to flip a toggle.
It’s funny bc in the game reveal vid they said as long as your robot was “breaking the plane” of the midfield boundary, so technically you could have a really tiny robot completely inside the midfield and not count. Thankfully this was fixed in the game manual.
