Hi, does anyone know what this part is called, and where to find it? It’s not in any iq competition kit or online on vex parts website but I see a lot of teams using them.

They are called sloping panels, they come in 2, 4 and 5 pitch (lengths) . They are part of the Next Level, Rise Above, and a couple of Hexbug kits.
What size and how many do you need? I may have some I can part with (no guarantee)
