our pneumatics are not working. the air pressure is very weak and cannot move our pistons. there are no air leaks and the pump and canisters work. I hope someone could help, perhaps by suggesting a possible issue. Thank you so much.
Is there a flow restriction? Are the fittings too tight, or is a tube being pinched? These problems can reduce the airflow (coming from experience). Also, make sure that your solenoid valves to the tubing are connected correctly.
I had this same issue!
To fix it, make sure you connect cylinder 1 side A to cylinder 2 side A and so on for B. Then, connect them to their solonoids. If you don’t, the pressure will be super slow and barely contract/expand. Also, this means you can control two cylinders at a time if they are both controlling one mechanism.
