Hi, so we’re having some problems with our iq remotes where the light is flashing red (which means they need to be recovered) but when I plug them into my laptop it’s saying there’s no communication port and there’s another that’s just a solid red light I thought it was dead but everyone said it’s been on charge for over a day so if anyone knows what’s going on or how can I fix this please let me know.
