Programming Skills Robot Placement

Hi, I had a question about PSC

Rule <PSC1> A states:

"Upon handling the Robot, it must be immediately brought back to a legal starting position "

What does this exactly mean? Does that mean the robot must be (1) completely within the starting position, (2) touching the starting position, or (3) touching the floor only within the starting position?

We’ve been planning to use this as part of strategy with our high dumper where we assume option number 3 after the dumper dumps the balls, it would lower the arm just so it isn’t touching the floor, and we place the entire base in the start position but not the arm part, so that it is facing sideways towards the balls near the ramp. Our state competition is coming up this Saturday so it’d be nice if we got an answer soon!

The requirements are the same as when you’re starting the run.

My interpretation is that the high-dumper might have the arm high, but must still fit into the original 13x20" rectangle.

If you are saying the scoop is hanging outside of the starting area that would be illegal from what I read. Just program it to turn 90 degrees…
