Does a stack count as being within the floor goal if it is touching the line?

As in, no part of it goes outside of the center outline, however it is touching the outline.

Are we awarded an extra 10 points?

Though it is not outside the line, it is not in as long as it is touching.

SC5 needs the stack to be in the area what defines the floor goal. According the definition of the floor goal, I believe that it would be scored if it touches the tape/PET sheet due to that being in the goal. In general VEX seems to make the rule the outside of the tape line for these things.

You are correct, though it is interesting that at a competition, I was told otherwise.
