Question on floor goal placement

I apologize if this has already been explained. In the attached photo, is the stack considered placed inside the floor goal, and if so, does that earn +10 points bonus?

Could you please provide the section of the manual or the Q&A that discusses this in detail?

Yes, it looks to be in the goal. Check Figure FO-2 for goal zones.

Rule SC5 in the game manual discusses the criteria for a stack being considered “placed in a goal”.

So is it placed? It’s right on the while line ?

I believe if the stack is behind or on the white line it counts
