Im pretty sure that 2587 just used Rustolium paint every year. 169 last year got the robots anodized and a lot of FRC teams do powder coating. All of those will produce a similar look but painting is the cheapest.

The point of this project is to be a resource for teams to take inspiration for some of the best teams and robots in the world. Taking time to CAD the worst robots would not only waste time, but not be helpful to anybody.
I didn’t mean to sound rude, I just wanted to get the point across.

Wait… maybe we could post CAD files of bad designs… and then have everyone on the forums work to make it better! Maybe we could breed a Danny lift and dr4b to get the best of both worlds!
