my teams bots usually start out as
Jank(insert joke made during builkding)
then just whatever the joke was becomes the second name
then Prototype(prevoius names )
During TT we had jank enderman
then enderman 2.0
then proto enderman who was going to states but was stopped

interesting. my orgs name process has been like this for the past few years

nameless
joke name (eg The Mistake)
another joke name (eg Epstein)
actual name (eg Acrostic)

Most robots dont make it past the second joke name, though.
