This technically never says that it cannot be used in a VEX V5 format, rendering the VEXbro a possibly useful item in VEX V5, corresponding to VEX V5 parts.

Traditional quantum equations assume unidirectional flow of time. But recently researchers have made a startling discovery in Texas.
According to the lead scientist Illyana, the average age equivalent of the memes emmited by the element drowium registers around 9-10th grade level on the MS-HS scale.
However, after a period of interactions with the tiny system, the element was observed to get excited by absorbing and re-emitting a joke in the low pre-K to elementary grade range.
