Every post in Scavenger Hunt got to look like this with animated gif and the link:
Recently DRow started practicing admin ninja moves, where he posts a meme and locks the topic and nobody could quote his post.
I figured out a way to copy it anyway.
Tap and hold on the gif, select âShare linkâ and then âCopy to clipboardâ, then in your reply paste it inside image tag ![]() like this:
Oh thanks! Yeah I was just copying didnât know about special GIF techniques. I donât usually practice vex forum wizardry. I shall try to remember that.
A Week of Turbulence on Vexforum

Once upon a time there was a young handsome forum admin, who was herding mischievous kittens all day long.
He and his little helper, sour patch kid, were working hard all day long deleting every odd user account.
He needed to take a vacation, but was hesitant to let his eyes off the forums. So people said:
And so he did:
Little did he know, that his forum was infiltrated by the Evil Bean, the product of the Russian Internet Troll Factory, where the only game they play is Forum Takeover.
Evil Bean was posting his evil memes and inciting everyone to commit egregious <G1> violations:
Many fell victim to his evil plans and got trapped in the recursive memeing. Productive forums became the thing of the past.
When forum admin returned, most of the topics were infected and 
was the only remedy left.
The popular uprising of the forum patriots went down with the memeing flames.
It wasnât working because the Evil Memeing Spirit was feeding off the fresh memes.
Then the mighty Wizard of V5 cast his magik spell:
But the Evil Bean only grew more bold and arrogant:
But his fatal mistake was that he forgot that it was time of Halloween and scary costumes had already been pulled out of the storage server closet:
And with the quick swipe of the enter key the Evil Bean was banished to the âon holdâ status where you can only redeem onself by liking one thousand productive forum posts.
The moral of the story
