If a team has three orange in a row and 1 completed stack the score should be: 5 scored risers 5 points, 1 completed row 3 points, 1 completed stack 30 points, for a total of 38 points. When I look on World Standings for scores I see a lot of 70 points. I’m assuming this means a team has completed 2 separate rows of the same color and has a completed stack in each row so by my calculations the score should be 76. But I don’t see many 38 or 76 as a score instead I see a lot of 70. Am I scoring wrong?
7 risers + 1 row (3 Points) + 2 stacks (60 points) = 70

It is just when you get the second completed stack not in a separate row, but in the same row as the first one. So you are scoring right.
For a visual, you will see 2 completed stacks in a completed row. Thank you @SCFarrell and @FRC973 for breaking it down. I hope this helps.
Best of luck this season!
