We were using mecanum wheels on our robot the shaft is always poping out of the motor although we used collars but the shafts are still coming out
Without pictures no one can help . From what I can assume you didn’t put spacers or didn’t tighten the collars enough
send pictures but you probably have something poorly supported or braced resulting in slop meanign that even if the shaft is properly secured with shaft collars drive base flex could lead to shafts coming out. a couple of views and up close of your wheel axl would be good.
