Skills challenge pre auton?

hello guys I’m confused about the skills challenge rule right now. Since our robot’s auton is heavly inertial sensor driven, there would be a long calibration time before the match starts. I know this probably won’t affect the competition auton as we could start program earlier with registered auton/driver events. However, is having a calibration time before the skills challenge also legal?

When you plug in to do skills and start your program it runs pre auton just like in matches. So it should be the same.

We have the same issue we have been trying to look into code to see if it’s us or overall field delay. What’s worked so far is goin to the field and waiting a minute before we “start” the run
