so… after all the recf vs vex stuff going on recently and this being my first year on vex, how do we register our team? because i do not know how to register our team as active and compete.

Actually, I suggest you putting a post for your region. You can ask hr other teams what they are doing, and which option is more chosen in your region, that’s what you go with.

I am assuming that you are a student team member. The decision of what programs to sign up for should be left to your adult coaches. I suspect they are pretty aware and are navigating this. Speak to them with your concerns.
just put up a post like you did for this asking about other orgs in your region and what they chose for to do for their competition season!
Do you have contacts with other teams in your region? Try joining the VTOW vex server and asking around there. I’d imagine you’d get a lot of push from here to join vex vex, but you also want to do the program that most teams in your region will do. Otherwise to register with vex, click the link above and look for a register button it is fairly straightforward from there. Good luck this season!
