I am a part of a school team that recently added a second and third team. I am working on an intake, and we don’t have enough spacers. I have tried to use other solutions, such as spacers, but we really don’t have enough parts for it. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
You can use shaft collars to space stuff apart in place of spacers. 
One thing to possibly keep in mind, you can use 3rd party spacers according the game manual. In the game manual for VEX V5 Pushback, it states that " Robots may use the following commercially available hardware: c.Any commercially available nut, washer, standoff, and/or non-threaded spacer up to 2.5” (63.5mm) long which fits these screws." in R23.
