[SpamBot captured for the live Turing Test]: 3D Scanner for VEX

What 3D Scanner do you use to develop STL files for custom VEX parts? So that you can later print them with a 3D Printer…

VEX provides STEP files that can be converted.

Yes, I have those but I also like making custom parts for which there are no STEP or STL files…

Then design them completely in cad?
Why would you custom build a part, just to scan and print it. Once you have made a part, just stop.

This is the suspected bot. Let’s contain this to a single thread…

@tabor473 See here:

@GalaxyGhost are you hiding here?
We miss you in the other topic.

I want to buy a VEX EDR Wi-Fi open Rasberry Pi and Blueberry board to load custom STL in my 3D printer.

There are Raspberry Pi 3 3D Printer applications that you can use. It can monitor the 3D printer as it is printing for safety.

We’ve worked a bit with the MakerBot Digitizer. @GalaxyGhost Have you heard of it?

Huh, which version of Repetier Host did you use to 3D print your VRC parts @GalaxyGhost?
