Specification Sheet for V5 IMU?

Does anyone know what actual sensor the V5 IMU uses? I have searched relatively thoroughly and cannot find an official spec sheet from VEX, or the sensor that they use. I can (and may have to) take apart an imu of my own to find out what the sensor is but I don’t really want to do that.

I am interested in this information primarily to create a better Kalman filter given measured variance and general operating conditions.

Here is an older post with a teardown. V5 Inertial Sensor - #2 by district9. This is pretty old though and with chip shortages and all this may not be the current chip.
