Hey everyone,
I’m a high school student who got curious about the Push Back season tournament ranking system and whether it actually holds up statistically, so I put together a small data analysis project in Python to dig into it.
The basic idea was to check whether each metric genuinely predicts qualification ranking, and whether the tiebreaker order makes sense when you look at the numbers.
This is my first time doing something like this so it’s far from perfect, but I’m a high school student hoping to study statistics and just put this together as a personal exploration. Would love to hear any thoughts or feedback!
