I am new to the VEXcode Air environment. We have received some VEX Air drones this week and I am currently doiing some testing with it, before I run this with my students. I currently have the VEXcode Air desktop application open, and I am playing around in the code and simulator tab. I written a very basic program to take off turn around and then land (thats all). I have saved and downloaded the small script into the controller. My understanding is to test it out I then have to click over to the Simulator tab to test out my code. I select disengage propeller lock and then start the program from my controller by selecting the appropriate program which is saved in slot 1 at the moment. The virtual drone then takes off but just hovers and does nothing. In the simulator tab the controller icon in the top navigation bar is green, but the download, run and stop is greyed out. For the life of me I cant seem to get this working, am I doing anything wrong?
