With the recent split how do y’all think it will affect us this competition season mainly talking about how will it affect high school teams/competitions since this will be my first year in high school vex v5 robotics

There are not a lot of answers right now and people have not necessarily made decisions for their organization. Affectibg students directly is the issue of less tournaments possibly and maybe less teams if they do Refc/vex (the one your school isn’t doing) hope this makes sense! From a fellow Nebraskan
Currently the new company taking over recfs role had said that they are trying to make everything get back up and running as soon as possible so it doesn’t affect the season too much. That is what I’ve heard but I’m sure they’ve thought about how much this will affect teams and are trying to reduce the impact as much possible.
My coach said that now RECF is going to make another robotics league and use something like vex parts but probably more like VEXU
