Hello, our team is registered as a VEX U team for the 2026–2027 season, and we’re looking to use Tournament Manager to run internal practice matches and scrimmages.

Is there currently a process for VEX U teams to access/download Tournament Manager? Is it available directly to registered teams, or can only Event Partners access it?

We’re mainly looking to use it for team practices so we can simulate competition-style matches as closely as possible.

Only EPs may access it. However as a side note, as a VEX U team you might find it valuable to host a HS comp for the local/surrounding teams if time/funds/space permit. I might suggest syncing up controllers using the built in timers or a black Ethernet comp switch instead.
