How do I program tracking wheels?

You’re going to have to be more specific. What kind of tracking wheel configuration are you using and what do you want to be able to do with the tracking wheels?

im using tracking wheels that hit the ground with shaft encoders attached to them. I want to have a very specific autonomous and be able to track my position

I don’t really understand any of it is there a way any one can send code for Tracking wheels?

Or does it have to be robot specific?

we both can’t, and won’t send you ready to use code. 5225a’s position tracking document explains it really well, if you don’t understand any of that, you might not be ready for odometry.

the pdf is very confusing, if you didn’t watch the videos, watch the videos. Sometimes things can take a while to understand, so just keep looking at it every now and then until you understand it.

The basic idea of odometry tracking is that you have these wheels which track your movement. Using the encoder values, we can model the robot’s movement in an arc. That is odometry at its very basic.
