After doing a deep dive:

An identical product is from this website: Imperial Bearings – WestCoast Products

More specifically, after cross-referencing with the CAD in Fusion 360:
.302" (1/4" ThunderSquare) ID x 0.875" OD x 0.280" WD (Flanged Bearing) (217-5830)

For VURC, yes

For the record, that rule is not what allows this part. VUR4 is talking about these, which are a component of a bearing yes, but not what you’re talking about.

VUR15 is what allows any kind of bearings in VEXU, even linear slides.

Legal Parts Spreadsheet

This part is V5RC legal according to the spreadsheet in the manual since VEX added ball bearings in 2022, but recently, all VEX Pro parts were discontinued, in addition to this too.

I may be wrong on the details, but I believe the excess VEXPro stock went to WCP when they shut that product line down. Items with the same part number should be identical, including VEX branding when applicable.
