I prefer Sterling 
I never got too deep into this stuff, but I don’t think color matters.
I got Pale Crepe once because they were insanely cheap online Walmart (like $2.50 for 1 lb). They stretch more than Sterling, but provide less restoring force. I think they actually last longer than Sterling, but I’m not 100% sure. I believe elastic tubing lasts longer though.
The Advantage ones are the ones in-stores. Cheap and decent. Good when you’re in a hurry. But my recommendation is to have a box or two of Sterling at all times.
