V5 Materials Powerpoint/Google slides

I’m wondering if anyone has a powerpoint or google slides they are willing to share that reviews and explains all the structural and electronic components of the V5 system. I could make it, but would love just to take someone else’s if it’s made and they are willing to share! Thanks.

i dont ahve one but if u do make it then definitely watch youtube tutorial videos on build techniques like ryan liao youtube channel to take notes from

Wait- so what are you exactly asking? Are you asking of a review of every part (as in C-channels, wheels, flex-wheels, gears) or are you asking about electronical parts as in (the brain, wiring, certain motors) or a mix?
I mean, if you have a few that you’d list for me I can explain and review them for you but I don’t necessarily have a slideshow!
:ladder:

You can find a great deal of information about the V5 system and best practices at the V5 Vex Library.

I have a solid slideshow that goes into drivetrains, wheels, manipulators and lifts (adding more soon) https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ZBkgDXhohQoXHMiManZDPdn-XH4QxjnObpQaBG9VwOU/edit?usp=sharing
Theres also this really good quizlet set that tests you on diffrent components and mechs in VEX: https://quizlet.com/428834369/gear-mechanisms-and-parts-flash-cards/?funnelUUID=897adb12-e7d9-49c8-851c-b3ec01629633
Hope this helps!

This is kind of outdated and incomplete (I will update it right now), but it’s what I used to give a small crash course in robot construction and materials.

However, I still recommend looking at the VEX library too as it goes much more in depth than this (this was just meant for like a 50 minute introductory presentation, and it was assumed that I had a robot there in front of us so I could point out the various things in it and that the freshies would look at the other wikis/videos that I told them to look at).

The slides just hold images and labels - the explanations are in the speaker notes.
