Has anyone run into this issue when connecting the brain to their laptop? These are student-managed laptops, and I have adjusted the power-saving settings. They are using the same cables that came with them from their kits. I have logged into the admin side and am now seeing the same power surge pop up. We are experiencing multiple instances of the same issue on various laptops. HELP!
Have you tried using a different brain with the same cable?
Yes, and still getting the same error.
Try using a different cord, that could also be causing the problem.
We have also used different cords.
I would assume different batteries too. It might just be the usb port or the computer, which you’ve probably tried all of those. I’m not entirely sure what it could be.
