Not only can you not, the rulebook says you must only use one brain and tetherbots are only legal if they are tethered. So that is a triple no. Also, please give this topic a more descriptive title.
Actually, this functionality is available in VEXcode at the moment, it’s just not well-documented yet:
But as others have said, doing this wouldn’t be legal in VRC.
