Actually, this functionality is available in VEXcode at the moment, it’s just not well-documented yet:

Linking V5 Brains

yes, you can link two or more V5 brains together either wired or wirelessly using the message_link or serial_link classes in VEXcode.

But as others have said, doing this wouldn’t be legal in VRC.
