For my auton, I will print values on the controller and do the same for driver control. Does anybody know the character limit per line?

One thing to note that’s not clear from the help topic that Chris posted is that the controller uses a proportional font, that means, the number of characters displayed on a row can vary depending on what exactly is displayed, a letter M uses more space than the letter l. There’s also an implication the font could perhaps be changed, that’s also not possible.

Do you know what is the fontype used in the vex controller and in the brain? 
Noto Sans (various different parts). But we don’t use them directly, they had to be rasterized and compressed.
