My VEX IQ 1st generation robot is giving me an error message that I don’t understand. When plugging up the brain and remote in order to update it through VEXos Utility I’m getting a USB connection failure. I’ve tried different cords and different computers but the message is the same. Do you have a solution for this problem.
This usually occurs if you have VEXcode open at the same time. Both applications are fighting one another for access to the IQ’s serial port.
