What the title says. As soon as I try to open any program besides driver control, the brain freezes and all buttons on the brain become unresponsive. The only way to unfreeze the brain is to rip out the battery and try again. This is a used brain, but I’ve never had this problem.
Delete all programs on the brain and then redownload, see if you have the same issue. If you do, try a very simple example program from VEXcode and see what happen with that.

I know it sounds simple but it is always a good idea to check brain and controller firmware is up to date.
Another simple thing to try is reinstalling Vex Code.
