Vex iq clawbot issues

Hi i am advaith and i am trying to build a claw bot and when i lift the arm up the robot starts to flip over also not able to pick up pin can anyone suggest something or help to fix the issues thank you in advace

When lifting the arm, the robot falls forward because the center of gravity moves, so add some weight to the back. If the claw can’t pick up the pin, code the torque to 100% (default 50%). Also add rubber bands to increase grip.
