Vex IQ Gen 2 Brain Upgrade Frequently

Vexcode IQ is forcing an upgrade of Vex OS very frequently. It happened five times yesterday. Today, it has happened twice. Now, when trying to download a program to the brain, we are frequently shown an error message telling us to cycle the power.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you update it yet?
If you did, change the brain cuz that’s unusual unless your brain is severely out of date

We purchased the brain about six months ago.

Another thing I’ll try, is ask the student to plug in to a different USB port as his connection seems a bit loose. Otherwise, I’ll take Foster’s advice and call Vex tech support.
