I would make a passive fork claw and attach it to the four bar that you want to make
You can use a cylinder to make it fold out if you really want to use one
Does this mobile goal lifter can actually lift up mogos because I might just copy this exact lift onto my robot. Prob will change the spacing and other stuff to make it more stable and stuff.
this type of lift would work for tipping point but keep in mind this lift that was used in the picture was mostly used in the zone so there is different factors but same concept just look at AMOGOS reveal on you tube they use the same type of lift for the mobile goals.
