Engineering Notebook Worlds Submission VRC > Over Under (23/24)

On the RECF website (Judging: Deadlines & Dates - REC Foundation) the table shows the deadline for digital notebook submissions is essentially a week after you qualify for Worlds. This feels extremely limiting and entails any work done from the time you qualify to Worlds will not be documented (in my team’s case, building a new robot).
