It is usually just some notebooks, license plates, and 1 or 2 game elements for you to practice with. I think it also comes with a little “Sam” figure with build instructions. Here’s a topic about that.

Yea, some teams just don’t pay the shipping fee cuz they can make a custom notebook, they have license plates from past seasons, and they already have game pieces.
