Don’t have a drivetrain lol. Just use a reeeeeaaaaalyyy long extendy arm to collect objects
That’s not your TT bot, where’s the C Channel coupler?
That can definitely also be the BEST advice.
No, never. Not if you want to win Worlds.
But sometimes you can like over-improve which makes the robot just worse.
Who needs a controller? The V5 brain is smart enough to move itself around the field and if you don’t bring a controller to the competition, the V5 brain will automatically sense this and max out your performance in the competition.
That’s not improving, then. It’s making a mistake. You should always aim to get better.
Laughs in vex AI.
But if you spend too much time on improving the robot, then driving and programming will stay stagnant/ get worse.
You have to balance, but “improving the robot” was a general statement. What you should do is work on autonomous, practice driving, and find small efficiency improvements based on observations by the driver and others all the time. Other teammates can be working on prototype modules (new intake methods, etc.) even while your driver is practicing.
You only need one batter and one charger. It’ll last through those 3 matches in a row.
Use light mode. (20 characters)
it was supposed to be a joke
Give the judges and ref some dough and they will give you excellence and you won’t get DQed for anything illegal you do
Believing everything anyone tells you.
especially on What is the worst advice you could give?
Irony at its very best ![]()
Have more than one driver
also have more than 5 people on your team
best advice: Don’t listen to your coach
Except, depending on your coach, that could actually be great advice
