My team is going to worlds, I have checked the search bar, and saw nothing like this. How will we find our team’s table? Is it grouped by states and countries, or is it in alphabetical order? What I am trying to say is will they have groupings like, this is Ireland tables, this is Texas region 1-3, this is South Carolina, etc. I know the dimensions and everything, I am just wondering how to find the table.
In the past they have been ordered by team number. Your pit area will not be near those of other teams from your region unless they have team numbers close to yours.

How do people usually book the hotel? The official website asked us to book through Team Travel Source. Does it provide a good price? Lots of rooms have already been sold out on their website. The price has increased quite a lot from other sites for those dates.
How many Vex IQ Middle School teams are likely to be there? There were 400 teams in 2019, but so many things have changed.
For us, we found an AirBnb, and are trying to get the school district to reimburse us, but they might. Just look around for close places to stay, you can do what the website says, or go on your own and find one.
Me and my friend are going to hang at a relative’s home nearby, so that is an option.

Question for anyone that went to KY Worlds and hung a banner. Can you talk about how you hung posters / banners on the back of your booth? We are taking a 3’Hx6’W banner and pinning it to the drapes are not going to work.
So submit your questions? Not seeing why this is a big deal. I wouldn’t expect any big changes from what you ran under to qualify for Worlds.

Since we could drive to Kentucky, we brought free-standing banner stands for our vertical banners. With flying, that’s out…so I’d bring a bunch of zip ties, maybe 20’ of nylon cord, and improvise. Standard pipe and drape, I’d assume, so you can tie onto the vertical posts between the drapes.
You can’t. That’s the point. It is the final version of the Game manual as per the game manual. The contributions inform the game manual’s final update for worlds. It is essentially like a Q&A system just for worlds, specific to the nature of worlds.

I’m wondering about the droop factor in the middle. Do you remember if there were multiple drapes or just one big one? If there were two / three drapes we could push them slightly apart and tie to the horizontal brace.

In Kentucky there were I believe 9 practice fields, and even that wasn’t enough so they usually rotate out teams with a line but the line goes by sometimes quick but oftentimes slow. The pits are only enough for a half-field, but you can usually make a deal with the pit behind yours to do a full field (i.e. “can we put a full field between our pits, if we can let you use our field as well?”)
